How to use liquid soap?
Fully moisten your hands with clean water first, take an appropriate amount of hand sanitizer, and rub your hands fully for at least 30 seconds in the palms of your hands. During this process, you should rub your fingertips and finger joints, and let the foam cover all parts of your hands. Then rinse with running water. Finally, pay attention to dry with a clean dry towel or paper towel. It is best not to dry, because the rapid evaporation of surface water will cause partial dehydration of the skin, causing the skin to dry and become rough.
Main ingredients:
(1) Surfactant
Surfactant is one of the main raw materials of hand sanitizer. Its main function is to remove oil and dirt on the hands, and requires no irritation and low irritation to the skin. It can be degraded naturally in the environment, and the products after degradation are harmless to the environment.
Mainly use anionic surfactants and a small amount of nonionic and zwitterionic surfactants. Anionic surfactants include sodium lauryl sulfate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, lauroyl sarcosinate and the like.
Non-ionic surfactants are generally seldom used in hand sanitizers. A small amount of addition can enhance the decontamination effect and improve the stability of the foam, such as coconut diethanolamide. The addition of alkyl glycosides can reduce the surfactant Skin irritation. The addition of a small amount of zwitterions is conducive to foaming and lasting foam, such as betaine and dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide.
(2) Emollient moisturizer
Emollient moisturizers can leave a protective film on the surface of the skin after the moisture evaporates, prevent or slow down the loss of moisture inside the skin, and maintain the moisture of the skin, such as water-soluble lanolin and glycerol.
(3) Thickener
The thickener is the viscosity modifier, and the viscosity reflects the comprehensive index of the hand sanitizer system. The proper viscosity of hand sanitizer can not only improve the appearance of the product, but also make the product have a certain degree of stability.
(4) pH regulator
The pH value of the hand sanitizer should be weakly acidic, close to the pH value of human skin (5.5-6.5), so as to avoid skin irritation.
(5) Other
Colors, flavors, pearlescent agents, natural active ingredients, etc.
